Ingredients
- 1 pkg. pound cake mix
- 1 (14.5 oz.) pkg. gingerbread mix
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Grease and flour a 9 x 3 1/2-inch tube pan.
- Prepare pound cake mix.
- Set aside.
- Prepare gingerbread mix, using only 3/4 cup water.
- Spoon white and brown batters alternately into pan.
- Cut through batter once with spatula.
- Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes.
- Turn out on rack and let cool.
