Ingredients
- 1 lb. mild or hot sausage
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. Bisquick
Method
- Cook sausage; drain thoroughly.
- In a double boiler or microwave melt cheese; cool slightly.
- Stir in crumbled sausage and Bisquick.
- Form into 1-inch balls.
- Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes until brown.
- Or, freeze balls before baking, then bake as needed.
