Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 medium onion, cut up
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
Method
- Shred cabbage.
- Combine cabbage, onion and sugar.
- Let stand for 1 hour.
- Mix remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
- Pour over cabbage mixture; cool.
- Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
