Ingredients
- 6 medium red potatoes, boiled
- 6 slices bacon
- 3/4 c. diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch squares.
- Put in glass casserole. Set aside.
- Cut bacon into 1/4-inch slices.
- Fry bacon so it's crispy.
- Add onion while frying bacon.
- Fry until clear.
- Add flour, water, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper.
- Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Mix in with potatoes.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
