Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated personal-size pizza crusts or 1 pita bread, round
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • sliced grape tomatoes
  • kalamata olive
  • sauteed onions and garlic (optional)
  • goat cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • basil leaves (small handful)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Brush pizza crust with olive oil.
  • Mix hummus and lemon juice together and spread onto crust.
  • Top with tomatoes, olives, onions/garlic, and goat cheese.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Bake until crust is crisp (about 10 minutes).
  • Top with fresh basil leaves.
  • Enjoy.
