Ingredients
- 1 tbsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose season
- 5 grams Chop green onions
- 6 grams Chop yellow onions
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Method
- Chop yellow onions and put it to the side, and chop scallions small and put the side
- Season the steaks both sides,
- Heat up skillet at medium heat and add a cube size slice of butter and add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil to skillet
- Add steaks to the hot skillet, and let steaks cook 5 to 6 minutes each side
- Then remove steaks from skillet and keep the little access of oil in the skillet
- Add a cube slice of butter in the skillet and add 3 tbsp of flour and mix to caramelize flour and add 1 cup of water and stir thoroughly to it thickens
- Then add the chop onions and scallions to till moist and add the steaks and flip and dip the steaks each size till tender,
- Then let it simmer what covering over the skillet for 10 minutes before serving ENJOY!
