Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose season
  • 5 grams Chop green onions
  • 6 grams Chop yellow onions
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

Method

  • Chop yellow onions and put it to the side, and chop scallions small and put the side
  • Season the steaks both sides,
  • Heat up skillet at medium heat and add a cube size slice of butter and add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil to skillet
  • Add steaks to the hot skillet, and let steaks cook 5 to 6 minutes each side
  • Then remove steaks from skillet and keep the little access of oil in the skillet
  • Add a cube slice of butter in the skillet and add 3 tbsp of flour and mix to caramelize flour and add 1 cup of water and stir thoroughly to it thickens
  • Then add the chop onions and scallions to till moist and add the steaks and flip and dip the steaks each size till tender,
  • Then let it simmer what covering over the skillet for 10 minutes before serving ENJOY!
