Ingredients
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 1 c. thinly chopped cucumbers
- 1 minced clove garlic
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- dash of Tabasco or to taste or dash of cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Put veggies in food processor or blender and blend to desired chunkiness, not too fine.
- Add juice, Tabasco and vinegar and mix. (I just pour veggies into pitcher/container and add liquid.) Chill very well.
- Serves about 8.
