Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
- pimento strips for decorating
Method
- Soften cream cheese.
- Blend in pineapple, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Form into the shape of a candy cane.
- Use pimento slices for red striping.
- Serve with crackers.
- Serves 20.
