Ingredients

  • 1/2 sticks Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
  • 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs (I Prefer The Italian Style)
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Finely Chopped
  • 13 cups Dry Sherry
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 pound Shrimp, Raw, Cleaned
  • 18 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper

Method

  • Melt butter.
  • Add garlic, crumbs, parsley, sherry, and paprika.
  • Stir to blend.
  • Put mixture in the fridge until it becomes firm but pourable.
  • Put shrimp in a dish (I use a glass 7 x 9 inch pan).
  • Season with cayenne pepper.
  • Spread the butter mix over the shrimp.
  • Put the dish into a 375-degree oven for 25 minutes.
  • Serve over brown rice.
