Ingredients
- 1/2 sticks Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
- 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs (I Prefer The Italian Style)
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 13 cups Dry Sherry
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 pound Shrimp, Raw, Cleaned
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add garlic, crumbs, parsley, sherry, and paprika.
- Stir to blend.
- Put mixture in the fridge until it becomes firm but pourable.
- Put shrimp in a dish (I use a glass 7 x 9 inch pan).
- Season with cayenne pepper.
- Spread the butter mix over the shrimp.
- Put the dish into a 375-degree oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve over brown rice.
