Ingredients

  • 6 x Large eggs -- beaten
  • 1 x Green onion -- slice thin
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 slc Bacon, cook -- crumble
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese -- shredded Add in'l bacon for garnish -- Opt

Method

  • Beat lowfat milk into Large eggs.
  • Stir in seasonings, cheddar, onion and bacon.
  • Heat butter in a 9" frying pan.
  • Pour egg mix into pan.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake at 400 for 20 min or possibly till set and golden brown.
  • Garnish with additional bacon, if you like.
  • Serve immediately.
