Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- Romaine lettuce
Method
- Tear
- lettuce, rinse.
- Wrap in dish towel and refrigerate. Mash
- garlic
- in wooden salad bowl.
- Add next 4 ingredients, stirring constantly.
- Toss lettuce in dressing, top with cheese. Serve immediately.
