Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Prepare cake mix as package says. Pour into prepared Bundt pan.
  • In small bowl, beat softened cream cheese, margarine and cornstarch until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then egg and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour evenly over cake batter.
  • Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
  • Remove from pan.
  • Cool; glaze, if desired. Refrigerate.
