Ingredients

  • 1 (6.5 oz.) pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts

Method

  • Spread uncooked rice in bottom of casserole; cover with undiluted soup.
  • Wash chicken breasts and lay on top of soup. Spread dry onion soup over top of raw chicken.
  • Pour 1 cup milk around edges.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake 2 hours at 350°.
  • This is so easy and good enough for company.
