Ingredients
- 1 (6.5 oz.) pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. milk
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
Method
- Spread uncooked rice in bottom of casserole; cover with undiluted soup.
- Wash chicken breasts and lay on top of soup. Spread dry onion soup over top of raw chicken.
- Pour 1 cup milk around edges.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake 2 hours at 350°.
- This is so easy and good enough for company.
