- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1/2 c. green onions (optional)
- bacon fat
- 1 c. rice
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 garlic cloves (optional)
- 2 peppers (optional)
- 1/4 lb. chicken livers (optional)
- 2 tsp. parsley (optional)
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion in bacon fat.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Add rice and cover with water. Boil 1 minute, while stirring. Cover and cook until rice is fluffy and dry, about 25 to 30 minutes.
