Ingredients
- 3 c cooked white rice
- 1 c fresh chopped spinach
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1 c cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Toss rice and spinach together.
- Add eggs, milk, worcestershire sauce and salt.
- Pour into ungreased casserole.
- Sprinkle butter and cheese over rice.
- Heat oven to 325°.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
