Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 1 1/3 c milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
  • 4 envelopes Choco-bake

Method

  • In small bowl cream 2 tablespoons butter with cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch.
  • Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat at high speed until smooth and creamy; set aside.
