- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1 1/3 c milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
- 4 envelopes Choco-bake
Method
- In small bowl cream 2 tablespoons butter with cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch.
- Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat at high speed until smooth and creamy; set aside.
