- 4 cup shredded cheese of choice
- 1 cup Mexican queso fresco cheese
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 bushel cilantro
- 1 lb carne Al pastor
- 1/2 lb marinated diced chicken
- 1 cooking spray
- 1/2 can chipotle
- 1 large flour tortillas
Method
- I bought the pre marinated carne Al pastor & chicken, cook and chopped.
- set aside
- Spray the pan with cooking spray add tortilla both cheeses as much as you like, add meat, a little cilantro, & chipotle amount of choice close tortilla and cook both sides till crispy goodness.
- serve with salsa, I like to warm in a small bowl add in chopped cilantro and serve in center.
- Sprinkle Mexican cheese around & cilantro.
