Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Method
- Melt margarine in pan; add sugar and cocoa.
- Stir; add eggs. Stir mixture (don't beat).
- Add milk and vanilla.
- Pour in a 9-inch pie shell.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm.
