Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350°.
- Melt together the butter, cocoa and water.
- With wire whip, add the sugar, flour, salt, evaporated milk, vanilla and pecans.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake for 50 minutes, or until custard sets.
- Test with knife or toothpick.
