Ingredients

  • 3 medium Flat steaks
  • 1 packages Small tortillas
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 Lime
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 can Beer
  • 1 Cummin
  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 Garlic power
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Method

  • Chop onion, tomato, and cilantro and set aside
  • Heat olive oil in skillet and add onion saute until brown.
  • Add a splash or two of the beer ( I used michelob ultra) and continue to brown until onions are soft.
  • Then remove and set aside
  • Chop flat steak into small pieces and add to skillet along with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, squeezed juice from lime, and cilantro.
  • Cooked until brown and add another splash of beer.
  • Once steak is browned serve on tortilla along with caramelized onion, chopped tomato and chopped avocado.
  • Garnish with more cilantro.
  • Eat it and wash it down with the rest of the beer.
