Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate (1 oz.)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate (1 1/2 oz.)

Method

  • Melt 1/2 cup butter
  • and
  • square
  • chocolate in small saucepan.
  • Blend sugar,
  • teaspoon vanilla, eggs, crumbs and coconut into butter and chocolate mixture.
  • Mix well and press into ungreased baking dish, 11
