Ingredients
- 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust
Method
- Mix Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice.
- Let stand 5 minutes. Add pineapple, pecans and Cool Whip to this mixture.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
- Then serve.
