Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. corn meal
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix all together.
- Pour into unbaked, 9-inch pie shell.
- Bake at 325° for about 1 hour or until firm when shaken.
