Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. walnuts
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 c. prepared fresh fruit
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. butter
Method
- Mix sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.
- Place fruit in bottom of greased dish.
- Cover with sugar mixture.
- Mix batter of remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Spoon over fruit.
- Bake at 325° for 55 minutes.
