Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 3 c. minced onions
- 2 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 to 10 wieners
Method
- Pan broil bacon, cut into 1/2-inch squares until half done. Saute onions until lightly browned.
- Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Place wieners on top.
- Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Uncover and boil hard 8 to 10 minutes.
