Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frzn broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
  • 2 Packages oriental vegetable mix
  • 3 cans sliced water chestnuts
  • 4 Packages frzn LaChoy pea pods
  • 5-6 potatoes, lg. cubes
  • 3 lbs. diced, cooked turkey
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can lowfat milk
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 jar pimientos (opt.)
  • 1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Method

  • Cook all the vegetables; drain.
  • Add in turkey, soup mix, Swiss cheese, pimientos.
  • Place in oblong pan, top with Chinese noodles.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  • Makes 12 servings.
