Ingredients
- 2 c. dark vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pickling spices
- 6 small bay leaves, broken
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- sliced onions
Method
- Bring ingredients to a boil. Cut bologna in 2-inch pieces and prick skin. Pour sauce over bologna and refrigerate several days.
