Ingredients
- 1 c. dates
- 1 c. uncooked prunes
- 1/3 c. dried apricots
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Method
- Grind fruits and nuts.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Shape mixture into balls and roll in fine coconut, ground nuts or dip into softened chocolate.
- Chill.
