Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Bisquick
- granulated sugar
Method
- Beat Eagle Brand milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Add Bisquick and mix well.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.
- Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and flatten with fork.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Store tightly covered at room temperature.
