Ingredients
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 12 to 15 cukes (not too large)
Method
- Boil all ingredients together (except cukes).
- Let cool.
- Peel and slice the cukes and salt lightly.
- Let stand for 2 hours, then squeeze well.
- Put into containers, cover with cooled brine and freeze.
