Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 4 Pieces Chocolate Wafers
  • 2 Large Egg Whites
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 8 oz. Neufchatel Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Fat Free Egg Substitute
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 3/4 Cup Light Sour Cream

Method

  • Preheat 325 F.
  • Coat 9 inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Melt chocolate chips in double boiler and let cool slightly.
  • Place wafers or (chocolate graham crackers) in a plastic bag and crush with rolling pin to form a fine crumb. Sprinkle over bottom of prepared pan.
