Ingredients
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 to 2 cans creamed corn
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Beat eggs until thick, add corn.
- Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Very slowly, stir in milk and blend in butter. Combine with corn mixture and bake in 325° oven for about 1 hour.
