Ingredients
- 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 large eggs
Method
- Melt chocolate and butter in pan over low heat.
- Add nuts and stir until well coated.
- Combine sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla. Mix only until blended.
- Do not beat.
- Add chocolate and nut mixture and again stir carefully, not beating.
- Pour into cupcake liners.
- Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
