Ingredients

  • 6 c. cold cooked rice
  • 1/2 lb. diced, cooked bacon
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. cold water
  • 3/4 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. m.s.g.
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. oil

Method

  • Add cold water to cooked rice; separate grains.
  • Add eggs to bacon.
  • Heat skillet on high; add oil.
  • Fry celery and onion until soft; add eggs and bacon and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add rice and mix.
  • Add sauce made from all other ingredients.
  • Heat thoroughly.
