Ingredients
- 6 c. cold cooked rice
- 1/2 lb. diced, cooked bacon
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 3/4 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Add cold water to cooked rice; separate grains.
- Add eggs to bacon.
- Heat skillet on high; add oil.
- Fry celery and onion until soft; add eggs and bacon and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add rice and mix.
- Add sauce made from all other ingredients.
- Heat thoroughly.
