Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dried peaches or apples, cooked
- water
- sugar to taste
- 2 cans canned biscuits (any brand you choose)
Method
- Add just enough water to the fruit to cover and cook until thick.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Roll out each biscuit into a round circle.
- Put about 1 tablespoon of fruit on one side of crust. Moisten edge of crust and fold top crust over fruit.
- Press down to seal edges well.
- Fry in Crisco shortening or oil on both sides until golden brown.
