Ingredients
- 16 oz. small curd cottage cheese, well drained
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 3 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- black pepper to taste
- Kloski noodles
Method
- In skillet, melt cottage cheese with butter (scouts don't count calories).
- Add parsley flakes and black pepper.
- Serve over kloski noodles for a delightfully mild cheese sauce.
