Ingredients
- 6 ears fresh corn
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Method
- Wash and cut corn off the cob in a large bowl.
- Combine corn, sugar, flour, water, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Melt butter over medium heat.
- Add ingredients in the skillet and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, or until tender.
