Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- leaves of 1 head cabbage
Method
- Steam cabbage just until the leaves are pliable. Mix other ingredients together. Wrap small amounts of mixed ingredients in a cabbage leaf. Bake at 350° in shallow baking dish with a small amount of water until done, about 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently and dot with butter before serving.
