Ingredients
- 9-inch two crust pie shell
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. pared, sliced Granny Smith apples
- 2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries (whole or chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Preheat
- oven
- to 425°.
- In large bowl, combine sugars, flour and
- cinnamon.
- Add
- fruit
- and mix well.
- Turn into pie shell. Dot
- with
- butter.
- Cover; seal edges and cut slits in top crust. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown.
