Ingredients

  • 9-inch two crust pie shell
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. pared, sliced Granny Smith apples
  • 2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries (whole or chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Method

  • Preheat
  • oven
  • to 425°.
  • In large bowl, combine sugars, flour and
  • cinnamon.
  • Add
  • fruit
  • and mix well.
  • Turn into pie shell. Dot
  • with
  • butter.
  • Cover; seal edges and cut slits in top crust. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown.
