Ingredients

  • 2 kg Chicken
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 tbsp Tumeric
  • 1 medium Chilli Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Ginger, Garlic, Chilli paste
  • 5 tbsp Corn flour
  • 5 tbsp Vegetable oil

Method

  • Clean Chicken thoroughly
  • Separate boneless pieces of chicken and cut them in small chunks
  • Sprinkle tumeric, chilli powder (bedgi chilli)
  • Squeeze lemons
  • Salt
  • Whisk an egg and mix it in with others
  • Cover the chicken with the marinate and rest it for 20 minutes
  • Put a table spoon or two of oil in a flat pan
  • After the pan gets hot, pick the marinated pieces of chicken
  • Cover the pieces with corn flour
  • Place the pieces separately on the pan
  • Shallow fry both the sides till it gets golden colour
  • Ready to serve
