Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 packages 14oz Eckrich jalapeno & cheese smoked sausage
  • 6 skewers sticks
  • 3 cup canola oil or Vegetable all

Method

  • In a deep skillet, add your three cups of oil and let heat until 340 F. about 5 minutes before the batter is ready to be used.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, now add eggs, milk, vanilla, and oil.
  • mix well put in refrigerator for 30 minutes,to let it thicken.
  • skewer each sausage, when batter is ready, dip each sausage in to batter covering the hole sausage.
  • add two at a time when frying, repeat until all sausage is fried.
  • you can use any sausage you like.
