Ingredients
- 9 inch crust, baked and cooled
- 4 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 small Cool Whip
Method
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and 1 cup mashed strawberries. Cook and stir until thickened. Line pie crust with sliced strawberries (3 cups). Pour cooked mixture over the strawberries. Serve with Cool Whip.
