Ingredients
- 1 smoked ham bone, with some meat on it
- 1 lb. green split peas
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium potato
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery rib
Method
- Put all ingredients in pot and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables are soft.
- Take bone out and cut off ham.
- Put rest of soup through blender or sieve.
- Put pieces of ham back in and serve.
