Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 5 slices bacon, fried crisp
Method
- Wash spinach and tear into pieces.
- Toss spinach, bean sprouts and water chestnuts together.
- Garnish with egg and bacon.
