Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • enough flour for stiff dough
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Method

  • Sprinkle yeast over water in large mixing bowl.
  • Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add salt, sugar, oil and seasoning.
  • Mix.
  • Add flour to make stiff dough.
  • Let stand while making sauce.
  • Divide dough into 3 balls.
  • Roll out to make crust for 3 (13-inch) pans of pizza.
  • Spread with sauce.
  • Crumble ground beef over dough and/or any other topping that you prefer.
  • Top with grated cheese or thin sliced Mozzarella.
