Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- enough flour for stiff dough
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Method
- Sprinkle yeast over water in large mixing bowl.
- Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add salt, sugar, oil and seasoning.
- Mix.
- Add flour to make stiff dough.
- Let stand while making sauce.
- Divide dough into 3 balls.
- Roll out to make crust for 3 (13-inch) pans of pizza.
- Spread with sauce.
- Crumble ground beef over dough and/or any other topping that you prefer.
- Top with grated cheese or thin sliced Mozzarella.
