Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh spinach
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low or 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated cheese
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and drained
  • 1 small red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 small pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 3 slices bread for croutons

Method

  • Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel and crumble.
  • In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, Good Seasons dry dressing, salt, pepper, grated cheese and Sweet 'N Low or sugar. Mix well.
