Ingredients

  • 3 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned
  • 1/4 c. mustard
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 6 Tbsp. plain yogurt

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Brush chicken breasts with mustard and set aside.
  • In a large shallow dish, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, salt, garlic powder and oregano.
  • Roll chicken in bread crumbs mixture.
  • Place in large lightly greased pan, meaty side up.
  • Drizzle chicken with melted butter.
  • Bake uncovered 50 minutes or until tender.
  • Arrange in a dish.
  • Top with yogurt or sour cream.
