Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 6 or 7 peaches
- Cool Whip or whipped cream
Method
- Slice peaches. Put in pie shell.
- Mix dry ingredients and pour over peaches.
- Dot with butter and bake at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Serve with Cool Whip.
- Ice cream is even better.
