- 1 lb. butter
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. syrup
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 4 c. Rice Krispies
- 6 c. quick cooking oatmeal
Method
- Cream first 6 ingredients.
- Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture.
- Blend in Krispies and oatmeal.
- Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes.
- This is a healthy and delicious cookie.
