Ingredients
- 1 deep vanilla wafer pie crust, Graham Cracker crust or plain pie crust
- 1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 c. water
- 1 small pkg. peach jello
- fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
- Cool Whip
Method
- If using a plain crust, bake and cool.
- Cook sugar, corn starch and water until thick.
- Add jello immediately.
- Place peaches in pie crust; pour jello mixture over peaches and let cool in refrigerator until set.
- Top with Cool Whip and serve.
